Usually we run this with a staff member to ensure the course is maintained, although we can do a dry hire if required.

How do I use the Silent Sounds system?

Our system is simple to use plug-and-play technology; we provide easy-to-follow video instructions and a user guide to ensure the process is straightforward. Our team is more than happy to help if you require any assistance.

Can I play music from my device and talk over the music/presentation?

Yes, we have easy microphone systems to accommodate you.

How long do rentals last/discount for multi-days?

We charge per day. We also have various options, from day-to-day hire to long-term lease options, and offer discounts for multi-day hire and educational discounts. Let us know if you have a budget you need to fit within and we will have a look at it for you.

How long does the headphone battery last?

Our headphones last up to 10-12 hours and take approximately two hours to recharge.

How do I know what equipment is best for my event?

You can view some of our packages online or chat with our team of experts who will help you find the perfect solution. If you are looking for Bluetooth audio, microphone and music and are using our system in a remote or outdoor setting with no access to power, please let us know.

We don’t have access to mains power at our location; what should I do?

If you don’t have mains power available, we have easy portable and battery-powered options that can last longer than 10hours+.

Do you offer staffing and event management?

Yes. We would be more than happy to manage the whole event. Our services can include providing headphone hosts (to distribute & collect headphones), an AV tech and even DJs if desired. Please let us know how we can assist you in making your event successful.

Can I have my headphones with a custom logo?

Yes! Get in touch about how we can customise your logo on our headphones, our DJ booth and hologram projectors.

What do I need to supply on the event day for a dry hire or staffed event?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a small list of requirements to make your day run smoothly.

Do you have public liability insurance, WorkCover and a risk assessment?

Yes we do. We provide a copy of our public liability insurance, risk assessment and Covid safety plan upon request.

COURIER DELIVERY

Our courier partner will deliver between business hours of 9am – 5pm. Someone must be present for the delivery and pickup.
Simple setup video and instructions provided.
Returns are easy, stick the label on the boxes and the courier service will pick them up to return them to us.

If you order a managed event (i.e. DJ, headphone host or technician) we provide setup and pack down by our team.
