Playground Sounds

Playground Sounds is Silent Sounds’ schools program. There are three fun and immersive school incursions to choose from, catering for all ages. 

Silent disco, silent workout party or silent yoga and mediation. Enjoyed by over 50,000 students at over 150 schools in NSW, QLD, VIC and the ACT.

Silent disco

Each student receives a headset and we incorporate songs with popular dances to get everyone moving. All our music is child-friendly and we have three simultaneous channels playing so there is something for everyone. 

For older students we also offer the opportunity to be a guest DJ!

Silent workout

Group fitness events help flexibly, posture, coordination and confidence in a social community environment. A fun aerobic workout specifically designed for schools with our qualified instructors, backed by a DJ playing child-friendly music.

Silent yoga and meditation

Teaching the importance of mindfulness and introducing the practice of yoga and meditation to students. Specially designed for schools, giving students the tools to tackle everyday life and ideal for reducing the stress pre and post exams. Our headphones provide a relaxing backing track while reducing background noise to help maintain focus.
